The item came quickly and looked lovely. Untill I put it on. The necklace is very poor quality and very cheap metals. I had a reaction to it and a rash. I've tried wearing it for shorter periods and my neck just starts to hurt and rash flairs up. Never had this with jewellery before. So very disappointed. Could of bought a real silver one if I'd known

Brought some gifts for my daughters teachers and very happy with them. The names on the gift card was a bonus and postage was free and quick.

I have ordered a few necklaces for birthdays in July. Great selection. Customer service were helpful with finding my tracking information.

Horrible service! I spent so much money on gifts for not only my bridal party but the grooms party. The items still haven't arrived even though I was told they would arrive before my wedding. Which they haven't. Still waiting on a reply from my email. I wouldn't recommend using their service.

I never normally write reviews, but for my sister in laws birthday I ordered her an engraved disc necklace with 3 birthstone charms. When the necklace arrived, it was not what I expected. The engraving is so tiny I can hardly make it out, I’m embarrassed to gift it to her. The font is not clear at all and so so so tiny, nothing like the image. The necklace also feels super cheap.
Your better spending a bit more money on another website that can deliver a higher quality necklace.

My necklace arrived beautifully boxed with a card, within a good time frame for a customised item. Exactly as displayed on the photos on their website.
Personalised beautifully. Looks nice quality and very pretty on. Only suggest would be the ability to pick a longer chain size as feels a bit short.

Don’t be fooled to sign into their mailing list to get 10% discount, the discount code you will receive "is not valid during sales", and guess what, all products in their website are always on sale !!!. Cheap trick.

I returned an unwanted item and gave them a description of my replacement item. Three times but they kept telling me that they couldn't trace my request. They acknowledged receipt of returned item but didn't replace it because I didn't tell them specifically what I wanted - -because I didn't provide photographic evidence, although I provided their catalogue details! Their system doesn't track deliveries - sounds rather strange. I have given up. Beth and Jordan appeared to be friendly but didn't resolve my problem due to not having a system which is apparently non-existent. Be wary of this company - may be a small business, but even small businesses have a computer system in place!!!!!

Made another purchase for a family members birthday in June! Necklace is stunning, I can’t wait to gift it to her!

Disgusting company!! Ordered a necklace for my mums birthday a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Her birthday has been and gone now. I have contacted bloom Bouquet on their website and Instagram and I haven’t had any response. I had a look at the status of my complaint and they marked it as resolved without responding. At this point I just want a refund but they’re impossible to contact.

Very annoyed with this supplier as both items i ordered as gifts to be delivered to Ireland incurred custom charges and the recipients had to pay for their own presents which is very unfair. I contacted Bloom who instructed that they cannot mark their item as a gift as it may not get to the recipient. This is disappointing. I will be going back to ETSY to carry out all my purchases in future as they seem to know what they are doing.

Product was as expected really... Naff. Reason for low rating is mainly because company have declined 'top cashback' amount? Happy to advertise it but then wont honour it. Company is as good as their products.

Although the delivery was later than expected the delivery person was nice and the bouquet was pretty. Nice surprise for the person who received the flowers!

Bought 7 personalised necklaces for my bridesmaid ds from here and they are beautifully and good quality. I had an issue with one of the names but it was quickly resolved and a replacement quickly sent. I then bought another as one went missing, found it same day I ordered so asked to change the name and keep for myself. The order had already been processed but again quick response from customer service and a new name bar sent out. These are lively products and nicely packaged. Perfect for gifts! Will definitely use again :)
